Holy Shit am I ever getting awesome at photoshop!!

So I got to thinking today, whilst I was listening to James & cooking. That I praised the Tom Petty concert but said nothing regarding how much I enjoyed the 2 James shows I saw (probably because I was busy being excited over how good they were), so I thought I'd clear this up. The 2 James shows I saw last week were probably some of the best concerts I have ever seen. ever.

there I got that off of my chest.

That fact however makes me concerned for the Nick Cave concert that I was sooo looking forward to that's in 2 days. I'm sure it'll kick ass, but can it possibly compete with the James shows?!?! only time will tell!...

so anyway.

Near the end of the Toronto show some chick front row almost center got pissed at me for dancing near her. We were in a tight space and I barely even touched her, compared to how it usually goes at concerts this was nothing, nicer than usual concert going manners. However it must have been her first show as she could not stand my dancing and told me to 'fucking stop it'. I got the personal satisfaction of relating this tale to the singer Tim after the show and watching his face scrunch up in disgust as he said 'that's horrid'. heh.

Having the 2 festivals I care about occur during the span of one pay cheque is kind of annoying... The Vegetarian Food Fair was this weekend (yum yum) and the Ukrainian Festival is next weekend (yay). I had to spend sparingly today, I purchased 2 things some food and the Vegetarian Guidebook guide to Toronto. It's pretty cool, lots of fun little facts (not necessarily all veggie stuff), stuff that's not even mentioned in other guides.

Have I mentioned how much I hate having lost all my bookmarks in the great format of '08??? NEVER forget to back up your bookmarks! It means you loose little pieces of gold like this and have to scrounge around on the net looking for it...

not that that's not cool... it's just that it's worth seeing before that happens. I hope the green space doesn't end up all trendy and full of stores and too many people, 'cause that would defeat the purpose... more or less.
