grumbly tummy

show tonight at the boat, I have a bit of a grumbly tummy over it... excited & nervous.

I threw together this flyer for my next show, just something to have for tonight, promo & whatnot....



I also discovered this website, in being that it's about my hometown it amuses me. I'm pretty sure that even if you've never been to Winnipeg, the subject matter is pretty universal, enjoy.

My anger grows...

Eventually I won't be able to afford to see another concert ever again; ticketmaster scalps radiohead tickets. My anger grows...

The show at the Boat on Sunday is fast approaching and we've been practicing hard, as evidenced by this pic of Dave....


It's been nice and WARM here in Toronto this past week, I some how managed to survive it by finding a nice little coffee shop & sitting on the patio for a few hours.
Hopefully the weather sticks around for a while. My friend Dave has a weekly open Mic on Tuesday nights, it would be nice to open the front window up. Let the soon to be summer air in...the music drifting down the street...enticing the people of Queen St (whether that's a good thing or a bad thing depends on the night, heh)... *siigh*....... let us keep our fingers crossed!

anyway, I should be practicing...

Thinking about tomorrow...

again, I suck at blogging... yet I haven't thought of a good reason to delete the blog. meh.

Have a couple shows coming up at the end of this month and the beginning of next month, I'm looking forward to playing the boat, it'll be my first time.

I've been enjoying other things besides music lately... photography, painting, drinking (heh). Kind of taking it slow, trying to save up money for another CD, it'll be a while before I'm ready (financially) to go back into the studio, but what can you do, *sigh*.
