Happy New Year.

Ah the end of the year, that special time when everybody makes lists... so, here's another one for you. I don't usually do the list making thing, but everybody seems to like it so much I thought I'd give it a go, see what all the fuss is about.

And what awaits us in the year ahead??

All the shows happening for the Olympics sound pretty damn awesome, too bad I won't be anywhere near 'em.
paying $60 for wristbands to Canadian Music Fest (Week)
New Jason Collett album on March 9th (free download of one of the tracks here)
Zeus' first album on Feb 23
Gomez will be back in North America for a mini tour and releasing new material on the If I Ask You Nicely and Little Pieces singles. Maybe a new record in the not to distant future.
apparently Thrush Hermit will be playing 2 nights at Lee's but I have yet to see any tickets on sale or confirmation....
a new Greg MacPherson album sometime within the year.
the Golden Dogs are apparently recording a new album, which should most likely be out with in the year (hopefully)
new James album in the spring.

and much more I'm sure.... looks like it's shaping up to be a good year musically. and it turns out this list making thing is kinda fun.

But for now, I must continue to nurse my hangover....

I think I've been stuck in a haze of d&b remixes for too long. Stellar list!
